With the advent of the knowledge economy, more and more people are sitting on the job. Sitting is comfortable, but not healthy. Studies show that sitting can cause the following 18 diseases: cervical spondylosis, lumbar disease, loss of appetite...... A WHO report shows that about 2000000 people die each year from sedentary heart disease, diabetes and so on. Therefore, in order to health, dont sit to kill!
1. cervical spondylosis
Reason:
The root causes of cervical spondylosis are the degeneration of the intervertebral disc, the loosening of the intervertebral disc, and the compression of the nerve root, spinal cord, or vertebral artery. The long-term poor posture or stay in front of the computer, the most likely to cause neck muscle fatigue, caused by neck and shoulder pain, muscle spasm, and even dizzy; in the course of time in adulthood, is bound to premature degeneration of cervical intervertebral disc, cause cervical spondylosis.
Countermeasure:
When you operate a computer, sit in the correct position: make sure that the entire foot is seated while sitting. Use adjustable foot tables, chairs, or floor mats that allow your feet to move smoothly. If you use the foot pads, make sure that the foot pads are wide enough to allow the legs to move freely within the work area. Stretch your legs regularly and change your legs. Always stand up, walk away from the workbench, walk a little bit and change your legs regularly, so that you can relax all the time.
