Methods: using TOVA visual stimulus software with DSM- III -R diagnostic criteria for a group of ADHD children and normal children were examined and were tested before and after drug treatment in children with the level of operation, and the change of Conner parent scale correlation analysis. Results: ADHD was found between normal children and children with various TOVA variables have significant difference, compared with the clinical diagnostic criteria, diagnostic sensitivity 85.71%, specificity 87.5%; drug changes before and after treatment in children with TOVA operating level significantly, and Conner parents scale change is related. Conclusion: TOVA examination can reflect the pathological characteristics of children with ADHD are more sensitive to the outcome, compared with Conner childrens behavior evaluation, which can comprehensively reflect the changes before and after treatment in children with ADHD, as a kind of cross-cultural nature and relatively objective examination means, it has good applicability in China, have the research and clinical application value.
