颅脑ct检查（Craniocerebral CT examination） Craniocerebral examination technique (a) general inspection The head CT scan often takes the supine position, scans the location film first, then determines the scanning range, then carries on the transverse position scanning. The baseline scan for canthomeatal line (i.e. the lateral canthus and ear canal line) or listen to the brow line (i.e. eyebrows on the edge point of the external auditory canal line). The sides should be symmetrical and scan from baseline to the top of the skull. It is usually used for continuous scan with thickness 10MM. The examination of special site lesions adopts thin slice scanning below 5MM. CT scans are usually performed first, i.e., CT scans without contrast agents. (two) enhanced scan In order to improve the contrast of the density of the lesion and the adjacent normal tissue, the enhanced scan can be used to improve the detection rate and the accuracy of the qualitative diagnosis. Enhanced scan is mainly used for brain tumors, intracranial infections and cerebrovascular diseases (such as aneurysms, vascular malformations) and so on. CT scan is normal in patients with craniocerebral trauma, while those with clinically suspected intracranial density hematoma and unexplained subarachnoid hemorrhage for more than 3 days should also be enhanced scan. Acute craniocerebral trauma, acute stroke and congenital brain malformation are only performed by plain scan, and no enhanced scan is necessary. Contrast enhancement method: intravenous injection of 60% iodine contrast medium 60-100ML, childrens dose of 2ML/KG. There are two kinds of injection methods: (1) intravenous injection method: in 1-2 minutes after injection of contrast agent and scan immediately for most lesions; (2) contrast agent injection in 20-30 seconds after injection of contrast agent and immediately scan, mainly used for the examination of pituitary disease and cerebrovascular disease.
