Everyone smiled, waiting for her to 3 . then Sophie explained, “I spent hours in my house, watching flies. And this was what caused big 13 in the class. Many parents came and complained, because their children had listed their parents among the least intelligent of creatures! This, said the children, was because their parents did nothing but complain, and they never listened to anyone.
