The theoretical and experimental research on the combinated “Fangji” of “Guizhi Qu Shaoyao tang” and “Mahuang Xixin Fuzi tang” Speciality：Formulas of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author：Liu Zhidui Tutor：Prof. Wang Junning Abstract Objective: To research the “Hefang” of “Guizhi Qu Shaoyao tang”and“Mahuang Xixin Fuzi tang” in pharmacology.From which we want to verify that the“Hefang” has the effects of addition，synergism or antagonism, and to reveal that the “Hefang” has the “Leiqiqing” pharmacodynamic relationships between the prescriptions，to provide the evidences of constructing the theory of “Hefang” and its clinical research and practice, and to expand the method and idea of the research of Fangji. Methods：Under the directions of the seven emotional frustration composition principle of Chinese herb (Danxing、 Xiangshi、 Xiangxu、Xiangwei、Xiangsha、 Xiangwu and Xiangfan)，and using the theory of complete induction and the method of reliable pharmacology to systematically study the effects of “Guizhi Qu Shaoyao tang”、“Mahuang Xixin Fuzi tang” and “Guizhi Qu Shaoyao Ja Mahuang Xixin Fuzi tang” on left ventricular pressure， max upstroke velocity of left ventricular pressure， mean arterial pressure，whole blood viscidity，urinary production of rabbit. Results: when they are decocted by “xian he hou jian”, “Guizhi Qu Shaoyao tang” displayed the effect of “Xiangshi” to “Mahuang Xixin Fuzi tang” in the aspect of enhancing MCF and improving heart function,“Guizhi Qu Shaoyao tang”and “Mahuang Xixin Fuzi tang”displayed the effect of“Xiangxu” to eachother in the aspect of diuresis. “Guizhi Qu Shaoyao tang” displayed the effect of “Xiangwu” to “Mahuang Xixin Fuzi tang” in the aspect of enhancing MCF and improving heart function when they are decocted by “xian jian hou he”. “Mahuang Xixin Fuzi tang”、“Guizhi Qu Shaoyao Tang and Guizhi Qu Shaoyao jia Mahuang Xixin Fuzi tang”all can enhance
