天麻钩藤颗粒及天麻钩藤汤干预原发性高血压临床效果比较[摘要] 目的:本研究旨在观察在西医常规治疗的基础上,采用中成药“天麻钩藤颗粒”或天麻钩藤饮汤剂,对原发性高血压病的临床疗效的观察,比较成药和汤剂的实际效果。方法:将63例门诊患者随机分为天麻钩藤颗粒治疗组22例、天麻钩藤饮治疗组18例和对照组23例。对照组的患者主要采用西医常规二联配伍的降压疗法;天麻钩藤颗粒治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上,加服天麻钩藤颗粒;天麻钩藤饮治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上,加服天麻钩藤饮汤剂。对患者用药前后观察指标进行记录和观测。结果:治疗组在总有效率、心悸和眩晕改善情况、血生化指标改善方面明显优于对照组;而天麻钩藤饮汤剂治疗组较天麻钩藤颗粒治疗组改善力度更大。结论:天麻钩藤饮联合西医常规治疗原发性高血压临床效果较单一使用西药治疗效果更佳,而天麻钩藤饮汤剂的效果较天麻钩藤颗粒更明显。 [关键词] 天麻钩藤饮;原发性高血压;临床观察;中西医结合 [中图分类号] R544.1 [文献标识码]B [文章编号]1674-4721(2010)04(a)-072-02 The clinical effects comparision of Tianmagoutengyin and Tianmagouteng particle on treating hypertension QINFenglian (Wugang Municipal Health School, Pingdingshan, Henan Province, Wugang 462500, China) [Abstract] Objective: This study aimed to observe the conventional treatment of western medicine, based on the use of proprietary Chinese medicine Tianmagouteng particle or Tianmagoutengyin decoction of primary hypertension clinical observation,comparison medicine, and decoction actual results. Methods: 63 patients were randomly divided into treatment group Tianmagouteng particles 22 cases, Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction treatment group 18 cases and the control group 23 cases. The control group’s patients used Western Union compatibility of conventional two step-down therapy; Tianmagouteng particles treated in Western medicine on the basis of conventional therapy, plus clothing Tianmagouteng particle; Gastrodia and Uncaria Decoction treatment group, routine treatment of western medicine on the basis, plus clothing Gastrodia and Uncaria decoction to drink. Results: The index including efficiency, palpitate with giddy improvement condition and the blood biochemistry of treatment group was better than the control group’s.
