总则
此技术规程适用于DIAS开发的控制器外壳的铝冲压件。此规范为图纸的补充，如有不一致以图纸为准。
零件要求
零件必须完全满足以下要求。不允许有削弱功能性的缺陷。
2.1 散热面
不允许有油、油脂、润滑剂、指纹、清洗剂、脱模剂、松散的杂质松散的杂质1 General rules
This order specification is defined for Al stamping of control unit housing developed in DIAS. The specification is a supplement of drawing. If there is any difference, drawing has priority.
2 Part requirements
Parts must be completely fulfill the following requirements. Defects to weak function are not permitted.
2.1 Heat sink surfaces
They must be free of oils, lubricants, fingerprints, cleaning agent, release agent, free impurities and other impurities which may influence insulated performance. In particular, inhibitive materials as follows:
a) Organotin and other organo-metallic compounds;
b) Organotin catalysts containing silicon rubber;
c) Polysulphide, polysulfone, sulphur and materials containing sulphur;
d) Amines, free amides (monomers), urethane and materials containing amine;
e) Unsaturated hydrocarbons, softeners.
Defects such as burrs and convexity are not permitted on PCB adhesive surface (heat sink glue surface). Flatness requirement sees drawing (max. 0.35 if no special definition). Defects may lead to short circuit.
2.2 Sealing surfaces
They must be free of oils, greases, lubricants, fingerprints, cleaning agent, release agent, free impurities and other impurities that may influence sealing performance. Special inhibitive materials are same as 2.1. If no special prescription in the drawing, surface energy test
