Ecadherin及Ki67在结直肠癌组织中表达及意义 　 作者：何艳姣, 刘朝霞，李洪利，俞进，李光 【摘要】 目的探讨Ecadherin和Ki67在结直肠癌中的表达及意义。 方法 应用 免疫组化SP法检测48例结直肠癌、23例结肠腺瘤和20例正常结肠组织中Ecadherin及Ki67的表达，并 分析 其与结直肠癌临床病理特征的关系。结果结直肠癌、结肠腺瘤和正常结肠组织中Ecadherin异常表达率分别为77.1％、24.0％和5.0％，结直肠癌Ecadherin异常表达率明显高于结肠腺瘤和正常结肠组织，组间比较差异有显著性（P＜0.01）。Ki67阳性指数在结直肠癌、结肠腺瘤及正常结肠组织中分别为（67.60±2.52）％、（38.44±3.59）％及（8.65±1.10）％。结直肠癌的Ki67阳性指数明显高于结肠腺瘤和正常结肠组织，组间两两比较差异有统计学意义（Ｐ＜0.01）。Ecadherin表达与浸润深度和有无淋巴转移有关（P＝0.020和P=0.013），而与患者的年龄、性别、大体形态、分化程度无关。Ki67表达与患者性别和有无淋巴转移有关（P＝0.011和P＝0.043），而与患者的年龄、大体形态、分化程度、浸润深度无关。Ecadherin正常表达组和异常表达组的Ki67阳性指数分别为（67.30±18.87）％和（68.64±11.99）％。Ecadherin异常表达组Ki67阳性指数略高于正常表达组，但无统计学意义。结论Ecadherin和Ki67是结直肠癌发生 发展 过程中的重要因子，并与结直肠癌浸润转移有关，可作为评估结直肠癌预后、指导 治疗 的指标，但两者在结直肠癌发生、发展、侵袭和转移过程中没有协同作用。 论文代写 【关键词】 结直肠肿瘤；Ecadherin；Ki67 　　Expression and Significance of Ecadherin and Ki67 in Colorectal Carcinoma 毕业论文 　　Abstract：Objective To study the expression and significance of Ecadherin and Ki67 in colorectal carcinoma.
