p53及Rb及胃癌组织学分型关系 　 作者：杜舟，黄萍，程骏，刘纳新 【摘要】 目的 ：探讨p53和Rb蛋白在不同组织学分型胃癌中的表达及意义。方法：采用免疫组化SP二步法检测216例胃癌术后原发灶标本和80例癌旁正常的胃黏膜组织标本中p53及Rb蛋白的表达情况。胃癌标本按组织学特点分为：高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌、低分化腺癌、黏液腺癌、印戒细胞癌、未分化癌五型。结果：①正常胃黏膜和胃癌标本中p53的阳性表达率分别为0、67.10%(P lt;0.01);Rb的阳性表达率分别为100%、51.85%(P lt;0.01)。②不同组织学分型的胃癌中，癌细胞分化程度越好，p53的阳性表达率越低(P lt;0.05)，Rb的阳性表达率也越高(P lt;0.05)。③在胃癌中p53和Rb的蛋白表达无相关性(P gt;0.05)。结论：p53蛋白　　及Rb蛋白阳性表达在不同组织学分型的胃癌中差异呈显著性;胃癌细胞分化程度越差，p53的阳性表达率越高，Rb的阳性表达率越低，但两者并无关联性。 【关键词】 胃肿瘤;p53;Rb;免疫组化;组织学分型;细胞分化 　　Abstract: Objective: To explore the expression of p53 and Rb protein in gastric neoplasms with　different histological types and their significance. Methods: Two hundred and sixteen cases of　　gastric neoplasms specimens and 80 normal adjacent gastric mucosal tissues were collected. The　　expression of p53 and Rb was examined with immunohistochemical staining (SP method). Accordingto the histological types， gastric neoplasms specimens were divided into five groups:　　well-differen-tiated adenocarcinoma，moderate-differentiated adenocarcinoma，poor-differentiatedadenocarcinoma，muci-nous adenocarcinoma and signet-ring cell carcinoma and anaplastic carcinoma.Results: ①P53 was no expression in normal gastric mucosa，and was 67.10% in gastric neoplasms(P lt;0.01). The positive rate of Rb was 100% in normal gastric mucosa，and was 51.85% in gastricneoplasms (P lt;0.01). ②The expression of p53 was negatively related to the differentiation indifferent histological types of gastric neoplasms (P lt;0.05)， but the expression of Rb waspositively related to that (P lt;0.05). ③The expression of p53 was not correlated with Rb in gastricneoplasms (P gt;0.05). Conclusion: The positive expression of p53 and Rb in gastric neoplasms withdifferent histologi-cal types offers significant difference. The cytodifferentiation of gastricneoplasms is poorer，the positive rate of p53 is higher and the positive rate of Rb is lower.　　The suppressor gene p53 is not correlated with Rb in the course. 　　Key words: gastric n
