S100A4及Ecadherin在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中表达及意义 　 作者：邢兰瑛, 韩志红, 刘敏, 蔡东阁, 方晓荷 【摘要】 目的： 研究S100A4蛋白和上皮钙粘蛋白（Ecadherin，Ecad）在人类上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达情况，探讨并分析两者与上皮性卵巢癌的浸润、转移发生的关系及其生物学意义. 方法： 采用免疫组织化学法SP法检测S100A4蛋白和Ecad在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达与分布，结合临床病理情况分析两者与临床病理参数之间的关系. 结果： 上皮性卵巢癌中S100A4的表达率比卵巢良性肿瘤和上皮性卵巢交界性肿瘤中的表达率增高（Plt;0.05)；S100A4在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与组织学分级、有无转移、有无腹水有关（Plt;0.05），与临床病理分期无关（Pgt;0.05）；Ecad在上皮性卵巢癌的表达与临床分期、有无转移、有无腹水有关（Plt;0.05），而与组织学分级无关(Pgt;0.05)；S100A4, Ecad在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与有无绝经、肿瘤大小、临床病理类型无关（Pgt;0.05）；上皮性卵巢癌中S100A4和Ecad的表达呈负相关（r=－0.385，Plt;0.05）. 结论： S100A4和Ecad的相关表达与上皮性卵巢癌的发生发展关系密切，是判断上皮性卵巢癌生物学行为、预测侵袭转移的重要指标. 【关键词】 卵巢肿瘤；S100A4；钙粘着糖蛋白类；肿瘤转移 　　【Abstract】AIM：To study the expressions of S100A4 and Ecadherin(Ecad) in human epithelial ovarian tumor，and to explore its roles in ovarian carcinoma invasion and metastasis and its biological significance. METHODS: The expressions of S100A4 and Ecad were detected by SP immunohistochemistry in histological section of ovarian tumor, and the relationship between the results and clinical pathological parameters were assessed. RESULTS: The expression rate of S100A4 in epithelial ovarian carcinoma was higher than that in borderline cystadenoma and benign tumors and normal ovarian tissues（Plt;0.05）. The expression of S100A4 had a relation with histological grade, metastasis and ascites of the ovarian cancer(Plt;0.05), but it had no association with clinical stages（Pgt;0.05）. The expression of Ecad had a relation with clinical stages, metastasis and ascites of the ovarian cancer(Plt;0.05), but had no association with histological grade（Pgt;0.05）.The expressions of S100A4 and Ecad had no correlation with pathologic types，tumor size and menopause. The negative correlation was observed between S100A4 expression and Ecad expression (r=-0.385, Plt;0.05) CONCLUSION: The correlated expression of S100A4 and Ecad is closely related to the development of epithelial ovarian carcinoma，which is valuable markers in predicting biological behavior and trend of metastasis in ep
