不同进食时间配合腹部按摩对腰椎全麻术后患者并发症 陈瑞玲，王钰，陈丽等 摘要目的:研究不同进食时间配合腹部按摩对腰椎全麻术后患者并发症的影响。方法：选取我院2013年5月~2015年7月收治的80例腰椎管狭窄症行椎间融合椎弓根钉内固定全麻手术治疗的患者，并随机等分为对照组和观察组，对照组在术后6 h进食配合腹部按摩；观察组术后开展腹部按摩在肛门排气后进食。比较两组患者住院时间、肛门排气时间及并发症发生情况。结果：观察组患者住院时间及肛门排气时间均短于对照组（Plt;0.05），观察组患者并发症发生率低于对照组（Plt;0.05）。结论：腰椎全麻手术后肛门恢复排气后进食并配合腹部按摩能够降低并发症发生率，值得推广使用。 关键词腰椎全麻手术；进食时间；腹部按摩；并发症；效果doi:10.3969/j.issn.1672-9676.2016.18.019 Effect of different feeding time and abdominal massage on postoperative complications of patients with full lumbar anesthesia CHEN Rui-ling,WANG Yu,CHEN Li,et al(Guangzhou Orthopedic Hospital,Guangzhou510045) AbstractObjective:To study the effect of different feeding time and abdominal massage on postoperative complications of patients with full lumbar anesthesia.Methods:Selected 80 patients with lumbar spinal stenosis in treatment of full lumbar anesthesia in pedicle of vertebral arch in our hospital dated from May 2013 to July 2015 and randomly divided them into control group and observation group.The control group ate food 6 hours after the operation and was treated with abdominal massage; the patients in the observation group carried out abdominal massage to exhaust from anal and then ate food.The hospitalization time,anal exhaust time and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group hospitalization time and anal exhaust time were shorter than that of the control group (Plt;0.05).Complication rate in the observation group were lower than that of the control group (Plt;0.05).Conclusion:After the operation of lumbar anesthesia,it is worth to promote the mode to eat after anus exhaust recover from the operation and cooperate with abdominal massage to reduce the incidence of complications. Key wordsFull lumbar anesthesia operation;Feeding time;Abdominal massage;Complication;Effect 腰椎手术类型包括腰椎间盘摘除手术、腰椎内固定手术等，手术操作时为了确保患者的安全性和舒适性，有时会选择全麻方式，但是全麻手术治疗后很容易引发许多并发症，如剧烈疼痛、恶心、呕吐等，延长了患者的术后恢复时间，给患者的预后造成严重影响［1］。为了减少腰椎全麻手术治疗患者的并发症，我院从不同进食时间入手，并对患者进行适度的腹部按摩，效果满意
