Microblogging becomes one of the most popular ways to spread information. Based on this situation, in response to the construction of the well law-based government and serve-oriented government, the public security men’s propaganda finds a new way –the public security microblog. The first public security microblog is named “Safety Zhaoqing”. Since its first appearance, there have been thousands of microblog running by all levels of the public security organizations. The public security micro-blog set a good public image by open and transparent information service which well improved the communication between people and police.
