Conclusion New jie er die compatibility diethylstilbestrol used to terminate a pregnancy has the effect of the operation is simple， sure， short hospital stay and less side effects etc， can be applied at the grassroots level. 　[Key words] The new jie er die； Diethylstilbestrol； Termination of pregnancy； Clinical application 　人工终止妊娠是计划生育的补救措施之一，主要用于因意外妊娠、母亲罹患严重疾病不宜继续妊娠以及因胚胎发育异常需终止妊娠者，属病理性引产。虽人工终止妊娠术式有多种，且利凡诺羊膜腔内注射引产术因其具有简便易行、安全有效、感染率低等优点，被临床广泛应用[1-2]，但在长期临床实践中，我院自2006年将新洁尔灭配伍己烯雌酚应用于终止妊娠，效果远远优于利凡诺及其他给药方式，现将结果报道如下。 　1 资料与方法 　1.1 一般资料 　本院收集了2006年1月～2010年12月期间共计168例引产孕妇，随机分为治疗组（新洁尔灭）和对照组（利凡诺），年龄18～38岁，平均年龄（28.5plusmn;3.3）岁，身体健康，平素月经规则，孕周14～28周，平均（17.2plusmn;3.7）周。32例为初产
