紧脉及弦脉脉图比较 　【摘要】 　　目的 探讨紧脉和弦脉两种脉象脉图是否存在差异，寻找两种脉象的客观诊断指标。方法采用脉象仪对紧脉（38例）和弦脉（40例）进行了脉图参数的检测，以35例平脉作为对照组比较。结果紧脉和弦脉主波升支陡峭，脉波上升速度快、斜率大；主波高且宽；重搏前波波幅及高度升高；降中峡高度升高。与平脉比较都具有显著性差异（P＜0.001）。与弦脉比较，紧脉重搏前波波幅及降中波波幅增高明显（P＜0.01）；而主波宽度不如弦脉增加明显（P＜0.01）。结论紧脉脉图与弦脉脉图间存在差异。较之弦脉，紧脉外周阻力的加大，更可能是血管功能性收缩增强的结果。 【关键词】 紧脉； 弦脉； 脉图　 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo survey the difference of the pulse graphs of taut pulse and vire pulse and its objective diagnostic indexes.MethodsWith vire pulse (40 cases) and common pulse(35 cases),sphygmograph was used to test pulse graph parameters of taut pulse (38 cases). ResultsMain wave of taut pulse and vire pulse was steep;pulse wave went up quickly and its slope rate was large. Main wave was high and wide.The amplitude of wave before repeat wave was increased, the height of dicrotic notch was increased, there was obvious difference compared with the control group(Plt;0.001). The amplitude of wave before repeat wave and dicrotic wave obviously increased compared with vire pulse(Plt;0.01),but its width of main wave didn’t increase greatly(Plt;0.01).ConclusionThere is difference between the pulse graphs of taut and vire pulse.The peripheral resistance of taut pulse is greater than that of vire pulse, which may be caused by strong functional contraction of blood vessel. 　　Key words：Taut pulse; Vire pulse; Pulse graph 弦脉端直以长，如按琴弦，应指有挺直和劲急感，主肝胆病、诸痛证、痰饮等；紧脉脉形紧急，如牵绳转索，或按之左右弹指，主寒证、痛证 ［1］。两种脉象的区别主要在于脉形之宽度和硬度。紧脉脉形偏宽，紧张度高但弹性较好；弦脉脉形偏细，紧张度高但弹性较差。已往对弦脉脉图研究较多，对紧脉脉图研究较少。本文就两种脉象的脉图参数进行比较，观察两种脉象脉图是否存在差异。 　　1 器材和方法 　　1.1 仪器 　　NX-3型多功能脉图仪，由中国医学科学院生物医学研究所研制，采样分析系统由北京中医药大学生理教研室自行编制。 　　1.2 研究对象 　　紧脉组38例，年龄在32～42岁，平均年龄37岁。弦脉组40例，年龄31～45岁，平均年龄38岁。平脉组35例，年龄在25～45岁，平均年龄35岁。三组对象均为男性。 　　1.3 取脉方法 　　左手关部切脉，由两名有经验中医师在互不通气的情况下诊脉一致为准。平脉标准为不浮不沉，不快不慢，和缓有力，节律均匀；紧脉标准为脉形紧急，如牵绳转索，或按之左右弹指；弦脉标准为端直以长，如按琴弦［1］。 　　　1.4 脉图观测指标 　　采用最适取法，连续描记5个脉波取平均数。指标计测采用北京中医药大学生理教研室方法进行［2］，选用参数有：主波高（HB）、升支最大斜率（MSAB）、降支在主波与重搏前波间的最大斜率(MSBC)、降支在重搏前波与降中峡间的最大斜率(MSDE)、降中峡至主波终点的斜率(SEG)、降中峡高/主波高（HE/HB）、主波峰时间/脉动周期(TW/TAG)、重搏前波波幅（HDD’）、降中
