A th e sis su b m itte d to Z hengzhou U n iversity for the degree of M aster P ractice an d E xp loration of trad e u n ion s to safeguard th e righ ts of m igran t w ork ers  A C ase Study of A nyang C ity B y D on gxu W ang Sup erv isor :Prof. M ing su o Z hang M a ster o f P u b lic A d m in istratio n P u b lic A d m in istratio n S ch o o l M ay,20 12 摘 要 摘 要 农 民工 是我 国工业化 、城 市化进 程 加快 出现 的特 有现 象 ， 已经成 为我 国职 工 队伍新 的组成部分 ，是我 国经济 建设 的主力军 ，为有 中国特色社会 主义市场 经济 的发展 作 出 了巨大 贡献 。但在 现 实 中，人数众 多 的农 民工 却仍然 是 一个弱 势群 体 ，农 民工权 益遭 受侵 害 的现 象 依然 比较 严重 ，进 而影 响 了和谐 社会 建 设 。 维权 是工会 组织 的基本职责 ，积极维护农 民工权益 是 当前工会 维权工作 的核心 。 但 是 ，工会 在维护农 民工权益 时还 面 临着诸 多主客观 问题 ，影 响 了工会 维护农 民工权 益 的实效 。本文依据 公共 管理 的相 关理论 ，调 查 了当前农 民工权 益保 障 的现状 ，研 究分 析 了工会 维护 农 民工权 益工作 中的存 在 的 问题及其 原 因，结合 安 阳市农 民工权 益 维护 的实 际 ，就 新 时期工会 维护 农 民工权 益 工 作进 行 新 的探 索和 实践 。 关键 词 ：工会 农 民工 维权 实践 A b stra c t A b str a c t T h e m igrant w orker is a sp ecial group in C h inas indu strialization and urbanization .
