泛在知识环境下图书馆知识服务模式探究.pdf

摘 要 经过几十年 的发展 ，知识服务 k（now ledge service) 使人们使用 图书馆 的方 式产生 了重大变化 。这一变化 ，促进 了图书馆 事业和信 息服务业 的现代化 发展 。 同时，信息技术时代 的到来 ，导致并促成泛在知识环境 u（biquitous know ledge environm ents) 的产 生与形成 ，从而给 图书馆 知识 服 务 带来新 的机 遇 与挑 战 。 目前 ，虽然 国 内外对 知识服 务 己经进行 了大量研 究 ，但 是泛 在 知 识环 境 下 知 识服务研 究相对甚少 。基 于此 ，本文通过大量 的文献调研 、案例 分析等 多种 研 究 方 法 ，探 讨 了泛 在 知识环境 下 图书馆 知识服 务模 式 ，并 以中国国家 图书 N（ational L ibrary of C hina) 为例 ，说 明泛在知识环境下的图书馆知识服务 。 首先 ，对泛在 知识环境及 图书馆 知识服务 的相 关理论进行梳 理 ，明确其 涵义 及 特 征 。 其 次 ，对现行 的图书馆 知识服务模 式进行分析 ，探讨泛在 知识环境给 知识服 务 带来 的机 遇 与挑 战 ，并进 一步认识泛 在 知识环 境 下 的 图书馆 知识 服 务 。 最后 ，对泛 在 知识环 境 下 的 图书馆 知识服 务模 式进 行探讨 ，并 以中 国 国家 图 书馆 为例 ，说 明其在泛在 知识环境 下 的知识服 务 ，期 望 能对 图书馆 界 的知 识服 务 提 供一 些理 论和 实践借鉴 。 关键词 ：泛 在 知识环境 图书馆 知识 服 务 A b s tra c t F or decades developm ent, the know ledge service p lays sign ificant role on the m ajor changes in term s of the library m anagem ent m ethods.
