It’s the driving force to improve the development of teachers’ specialization. It is significant to further analyze the present situation of the Chinese teachers’ devotion and to seek measures to cultivate and strengthen teachers’ devotion. This thesis intends to point out the contents of our teachers’ devotion by applying the research framework of monographic education in different countries in Comparative Education and the mode of structural function in Education Sociol
