This lgorithm solves the non2line rness of re l2time system effectively. The gener l line rized feedb ck control is re lized. Me nwhile, the robustness is demonstr ted when the system p r meter is v ried. The ste dy nd dyn mic response perform nces re improved. The uti2 liz tion of resource is incre sed.
