蛇床子超临界提取工艺及成分分析 　 　　【摘要】 目的 考察超临界CO2流体提取蛇床子中有效成分的最佳工艺，并对提取物的成分进行分析。方法 单因素考察提取压力、提取温度、提取时间及物料粒度对提取率的影响;用气相色谱-质谱联用(GCMS)方法进行化学成分分析。结果 最佳提取工艺条件为:物料粒度40目，提取压力25 MPa，提取温度50 ℃，提取时间6 h;提取物采用GCMS法分离出26个组分，鉴定了15个成分，占气化产物总量的64.02%。结论 超临界CO2 流体提取技术可用于蛇床子有效成分的提取。 　　【关键词】 蛇床子;超临界CO2;气相色谱-质谱联用技术 　　Abstract:Objective To optimize the supercriticalCO2 extraction procedure of Fructus cnidii, and analyze the components of extracts.
