蛇毒纤溶酶急性毒性试验探究 　 【摘要】 测定蛇毒纤溶酶的半数致死量（LD50）并 研究 蛇毒纤溶酶的急性毒性。 方法 小鼠单次静脉注射蛇毒纤溶酶，观察14天内的毒性反应和死亡情况并 计算 出LD50。结果 蛇毒纤溶酶的LD50为24783u/kg，95%可信限为21519～28823u/kg，中毒死亡时间集中在给药后48h，其毒性靶器官主要是胃、十二指肠、空肠、肺、胰。结论 蛇毒纤维蛋白溶解酶具有纤溶药相同的毒性症状，有出血倾向。 【关键词】 蛇毒纤溶酶 急性毒性 半数致死量 【Abstract】 Objective To measure the median lethal dose（LD50） of nevin fibrinolytic enzyme and investigate its acute toxicity in mice.
