集束化护理干预对脑出血微创锥颅血肿清除术患者康复效果影响返 郑小燕，江杰，李蕤绒等 摘要目的:探讨集束化护理干预对脑出血微创锥颅血肿清除术患者康复效果的影响。方法：选取2013年3月~2015年12月就诊于我院行微创锥颅血肿清除术的脑出血患者60例并随机等分为对照组和研究组，对照组给予常规护理干预；研究组在常规护理的基础上采用集束化护理干预。比较两组患者术后格拉斯哥昏迷评分法（GCS）和巴氏日常生活量表（Barthel）的评分、并发症发生情况及护理满意度。结果：研究组患者的GCS评分、手术后Barthel评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者的肺部感染、中枢性高热、肾功能不全、电解质紊乱的并发症发生均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；患者的满意度高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：集束化护理干预能够明显改善脑出血微创锥颅血肿清除术患者的生活质量，降低并发症发生，促进患者康复，提高护理满意度。 关键词脑出血；微创锥颅血肿清除术；集束化护理；影响；康复doi:10.3969/j.issn.1672-9676.2016.18.025 Effect of cluster nursing intervention on rehabilitation of patients with cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive hematoma evacuation ZHENG Xiao-yan,JIANG Jie,LI Rui-rong,et al(Longgang District Second Peoples Hospital of Shenzhen,Shenzhen518112) AbstractObjective:To explore the effect of cluster nursing intervention on the rehabilitation of patients with cerebral hemorrhage minimally invasive hematoma evacuation.Methods:Selected 60 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the hospital for treatment of minimally invasive cone cranial hematoma dated from March 2013 to December 2015 and randomly divided them into control group and study group with same number of people.The control group was given routine nursing intervention，the study group was treated with cluster nursing intervention.The scores of Glasgow coma scale (GCS),the scores of Barthel Index,the incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between these two groups.Results:The postoperative GCS score and Barthel Index score of the study group were higher than that of the control group (Plt;0.05);the pulmonary infection,central high fever, renal insufficiency and electrolyte disorder complications of study group were lower than that of the control group (Plt;0.05);patients satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (Plt;0.05).Conclusion:Cluster nursing intervention can significantly improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and improve nursi
