面神经缺损修复进展 　【摘要】 　　面神经因其解剖结构易受到各种因素影响而缺损。其传统修复方法是以自体神经移植修复，虽然其效果较好，但因其来源而受限。目前，研究者们已经找到一些不同的材料来桥接修复面神经缺损，如同种异体神经、人工神经等，但这些修复方法仍有其自身的局限性，有待进一步研究和探讨。本文是对周围性面神经缺损的各种修复方法的研究进展作一总结。 【关键词】 面神经缺损 神经移植 自体神经 同种异体神经 人工材料 　　Abstract: Because of its anatomic structure, the facial nerve can be easily affected by different kinds of factors, which will cause defect of the facial nerve.
