急性脑卒中患者就医时机调查探究 　 作者：王承辉，阮海林，杨春旭，何嗣华，陈文震 【摘要】 目的 通过对急性脑卒中患者的发病与就医时间的调查，指导此类病人及时就诊。方法 对急性脑卒中患者的发病时间及就医时间进行调查统计，并按发病至就诊时间的长短判别就诊的及时性。结果 944例急性脑卒中患者中，仅有9.32%的患者在发病lt;1h就医，1～6h为27.23%，6～12h为33.16%，而gt;12h高达30.30%。较及时就医者为36.55%，不及时就医者为63.45%，两者比较差异有高度显著性（χ2=136.69，Plt;0.01）。结论 大部分急性脑卒中患者未能早期及时就医，延误了最佳的抢救治疗时机。 【关键词】 急性病；脑血管意外；时间 　　Abstract: Objective To examine the length of time between the occurrence of acute stroke and patients visiting a doctor and to assess whether the patients went to see the docor is “in time” or not.
