衬胶蝶阀 Rubber-lined butterfly valves 概述及用途 General and applications 衬胶蝶阀是将模压成型的橡胶密封圈，镶嵌在阀体内，使蝶阀的密封性和耐腐蚀性能都大大提高。 The rubber-lined butterfly valves fix the molded rubber seal ring into the body, so as to largely increase the seal property and the anticorrosion ability. 此衬胶蝶阀不仅囊括了其它厂家蝶阀的优点，而且对蝶阀某些方面作了独特设计。接触式曲线密封结构，使阀板在密闭前无扭矩的增加，当密闭时阀板与座环在360度的圆周上同时均匀接触，因此减少了磨擦，降低了扭矩，延长了座环的寿命，可以长时间保持零泄漏。阀板是按一个完整的球形加工而成，密封面的每一部分都是球面的一部分，阀板与座环以同一球面接触，阀板平稳地旋转，操作扭矩小。多重密封结构防止轴向泄漏。可用于开关和调节的场合。 The rubber-lined butterfly valves not only have the advantages of those of the other manufactures, but have presented some special design. The contact curve seal structure increases the free torque before coming to the closed position. In the course of closing, theres an uniform contact on the 360° circle between the seat and the seat ring, which allows a reduced friction and torque, extended life of the seat ring and long time of zero leakage. The plate is made based on a complete sphericity and the whole seal face is a part of the spherical surface, which allows the same spherical contact between the plate and the seat, ensuring a smooth rotation and low operation torque.
