厄尔尼诺现象和拉尼娜现象的成因分析和它们对气候变化的影响

摘要：太阳每年给地球大气的热量基本上是一个定量，这个定量不因大气变化而改变，即大气的热量是守恒的。由此
引出大气状态的平衡问题：地球上任何一个区域的大气吸收的热量若出现明显偏多或偏少，必有另外区域大气吸收的热
量出现偏少或偏多。它是分析厄尔尼诺和拉尼娜现象成因机制和它们对全球气候变化影响的科学依据。基于此，根据
我国浙北地区的气象资料和全球年气温变化，以1997．1998年强厄尔尼诺为例，分析了它们的成因和对气候变化的影响。
