管理高招用管理20%的时间获取80%的成效(Managing brilliant ideas 80% of the time spent in managing 20%)
According to the importance of things, the priority criterion is based on the principle of important minority and trivial majority. (9) 80% of the calls are from 20% speakers;
(10) 80% of the meals go to 20% of the restaurants;
(11) 80% of the discussions come from 20% of the discussion
