Understanding Japans labor law has a strong reference to our relevant legislative council. Labor Law: perfect in time and matching After World War II, the American occupation authorities carry out non military democracy policy, vigorous development with the growing ranks of workers and the workers movement, and affected by the International Labour Organization and the International Convention on the Japanese labor law has made great progress. In 1945, the trade union law was enacted, and the labor relations adjustment act was enacted in September 1946. In April 1947, the Labor Standards Law was enacted, namely the so-called labor three law, which was born in succession.
