活心丸对心肌组织力学特性和血流动力学的影响（Effect of Baoxin Pill on mechanical properties and hemodynamics of myocardial tissue） Effect of Baoxin Pill on mechanical properties and hemodynamics of myocardial tissue Update Date: 2009-11-23 Click: Li Zhongsi, Zhang Xiaona, Wang Jinqun, Wu Chukun, Chen Junren, Huang Shoujian Abstract: the myocardial tissue of guinea pig and anesthetized open chest dog observation of Huoxin Capsule on cardiac contractile properties and papillary muscle of right atrial contractility and left atrial spontaneous rhythm and excitability of the direct effect and influence on hemodynamics in anesthetized dogs. Results show that Huoxin capsule can improve the cardiac contractile tension of papillary muscle (Tmax), systolic velocity (+dp/dtmax, -dp/dtmax); the increase of right atrial contraction tension at the same time of spontaneous rhythm has little effect; also can reduce the excitation threshold of the left atrium; prompt Huoxinwan on main function of isolated cardiac muscle tissue is directly to enhance myocardial contractility and excitability, but not for self-discipline effect. The effect of active bolus on cardiac hemodynamics in anesthetized dogs mainly showed that the increase of aortic pressure (LVPmax), the increase of +dp/dtmax, the increase of aortic flow (CO), and the decrease of left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP). The results show that the cardiac pill can enhance the pumping function of the heart and reduce the heart rate and myocardial oxygen consumption under the overall condition. At the same time, the heart pill can also increase the -dp/dtmax, suggesting that it can improve the diastolic function of the heart.
