Ask students the following questions before playing the tape: a) Which do you think is the most important in one’s life, faith, hope, or love? b) Do you think love begins at home? c) Do you agree that “Love is all we need”? 2. Have students listen to the song and finish the exercise. 3. Check the answers with students. Step Two: Holding on and never giving up (1) Ask students the following questions before playing the tape: Have you ever seen the film Titanic? What do you think of the story? Were you moved by the story? Give some background information about the movie and ask students to listen to the tape, and do the exercise. Explain the main language points about the dialogue. Have students listen to the dialogue again and check answers with students.
