VEGFR3在胃癌细胞中表达意义 　 作者：张明仪,吴建农,张建新,陈吉祥,张清,谢嵘 【摘要】 目的 研究血管内皮生长因子受体（VEGFR3）在胃癌细胞中表达的意义，探讨肿瘤淋巴管生成的分子生物学机制。方法 选择早期胃癌13例；进展期胃癌87例，其中无区域淋巴结转移者37例，有区域淋巴结转移者50例；选择正常胃粘膜10例设为对照组。应用免疫组织化学Envision TM两步法,检测正常胃粘膜和胃癌标本VEGFC、VEGFD、胃癌细胞中VEGFR3、淋巴管内皮细胞VEGFR3和细胞间粘附分子1（ICAM1）的表达。结果 （1） VEGFR3在对照组、早期胃癌组和进展期胃癌组中阳性表达率分别为30%、54%和68%，进展期胃癌组与对照组比较明显升高（P＜0.01）。（2） VEGFC阳性表达与胃癌细胞VEGFR3阳性表达有高度一致性（P＜0.01）。肿瘤淋巴管计数在胃癌细胞VEGFR3表达阳性组与阴性组中差异有显著性（P＜1.20 E13），进展期胃癌肿瘤淋巴管计数在胃癌细胞VEGFR3表达阳性组与阴性组中差异有显著性（P＜1.63 E07）；其他各项指标在胃癌细胞VEGFR3表达阳性与阴性组中差异无显著性。（3） Logistic回归分析显示胃癌细胞VEGFR3阳性表达与VEGFC阳性表达和肿瘤淋巴管计数相关程度高。结论 胃癌细胞中存在VEGFR3高表达；胃癌细胞分泌的VEGFC和VEGFR3也可诱导肿瘤淋巴管生成。 【关键词】 胃癌; VEGFR3; 淋巴管生成 　　Abstract：Objective To study significance of expression of VEGFR3(vascular endothelial growth factor recepter3) in gastric cancer cells and to explore molecular biologic mechanism of lymphangiogenesis in gastric cancer.Methods Subjects investigated were 13 cases of early stage of gastric cancer and 87 cases of advanced gastric cancer,including 37 of 87 cases without regional lymphatic metastasis and 50 of 87 cases with regional lymphatic metastasis; meanwhile,10 cases of normal gastric mucosa as control group.Expression of VEGFC,VEGFD,VEGFR3 and ICAM1 were studied in all subjects investigated with twostep system of immunohistochemistric Envision TM.Results (1) The normal gastric mucosa and tumor cells in early stage of and advanced gastric cancer could express VEGFR3,the positive rates of expression were ３０％,54％ and 68％ in the normal gastric mucosa,early stage of and advanced gastric cancer,respectively.There was a significant difference in expression of VEGFR3 between advanced gastric cancer and normal gastric mucosa samples (P＜0.01).(2) There was a statistical correlation between expression of VEGFC and VEGFR3 in tumor cells in gastric cancer (P＜0.01).The lymphatic micro vessel density (LMVD) was a significant difference between group of positive expression of VEGFR3 and group of negative expressi
