五种鼻内窥镜防雾液选择及效果观察 　【摘要】 目的 比较观察热水、75%酒精、1%软皂液、2.5%新洁尔灭和进口防雾油作为鼻内窥镜手术防雾材料的效果。方法 150例慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉病人，随机分成5组：热水组30例，75%酒精组30例，1%软皂液组30例，2.5%新洁尔灭组30例，进口防雾油组30例，手术时分别用50℃～60℃热水、75%酒精、1%软皂液、2.5%新洁尔灭和进口防雾油作防雾材料，分别记录防雾有效时间、镜面清晰度、刺激性及清除血污效果。结果 防雾有效时间2.5%的新洁尔灭和进口防雾油优于75%酒精、1%软皂液和热水 (Plt;0.05)；镜面清晰度五者差异无显著性(Pgt;0.05)；刺激性75%的酒精明显强于其他四者(Plt;0.01)；清除血污能力2.5%新洁尔灭最好（Plt;0.01）。结论 2.5%的新洁尔灭是一种价廉物美的、理想的鼻内窥镜手术防雾材料,值得临床推广。 【关键词】 鼻内窥镜手术；新洁尔灭；防雾材料 The selection and curative effect observation of five sinus endoscopy anti-mist liquids 【Abstract】 Objective Comparing and observing the effect of using of hot water, 75 % alcohol, 1 % soft soapy liquids , 2.5 % bromo-geraminum and import anti-mist oil as components of sinus endoscopy anti-mist materials. Methods From 150 cases of chronic sinusitis nasal polyps patients, randomly divide them into 5 groups; take 30 cases as a hot-water sample group, take another 30s as a 75 % alcohol sample group, take 30s as 1 % soft soapy liquid sample group,take 30s as anti-mist oil sample group and the rest of 30s as 2.5 % bromo-geraminum sample group. During operation, use50℃-60℃ hot water, 75 % alcohol, 1 % soft soapy liquid , 2.5 % bromo-graminum and import anti-mist oil respectively as materials for the anti-mist liquid，and record the effective time, mirror definition, effect on bloodiness elimination and the irritating level of each respectively. Results In terms of the anti-mist effective time，the 2.5 % bromo-geraminum and import anti-mist oil had better performance over the 75 % alcohol、1% soft soapy liquid and hot water (Plt;0.05); no obvious difference can be found in terms of the mirror definition among these five materials (Pgt;0,05);in the terms of irritation the 75% alcohol was the most distinct compared with the other four (Plt;0.01); and as far as the effect on bloodiness elimination concerned, the 2.5% bromo-geraminum performed the best (Plt;0.01).Conclusion The 2.5 % Bromo-Geraminum is regarded as a better performance, lower priced ideal choice f
