大肠癌组织中HSP70及p53蛋白表达及其意义 　 作者：胡文秀, 杨成旺, 欧阳晓晖, 苏秀兰 【摘要】 目的 探讨大肠癌组织中HSP70和p53蛋白的表达特点及其相互间关系。方法 运用SP法结合图像分析，探讨HSP70和p53蛋白在大肠癌组织、癌旁组织及正常组织中的表达。结果 在31例大肠癌、癌旁、正常组织标本中，HSP70表达的平均光密度值分别为:0.5917±0.0678、0.3363±0.0485、0.1742±0.0193; 癌组织中HSP70的表达水平显著升高，与癌旁、正常组织中的表达比较差异有统计学意义(Plt;0.01）。p53蛋白表达的平均光密度值分别为：0.7547±0.2732、0.5388±0.1542、0.3770±0.0682；癌组织中p53蛋白的表达水平显著升高，与癌旁、正常组织中的表达比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.01）。HSP70和p53在大肠癌组织中的表达存在依从关系（P lt;0.01），二者呈直线相关,相关系数r为0.795。结论 HSP70和p53蛋白在大肠癌组织中高表达，提示二者在大肠癌的发生发展中起一定的作用，是细胞恶变的指标之一；他们在大肠癌的发生发展中具有协同作用，或者在大肠癌组织中可能存在着HSP70p53蛋白的复合物形式。 【关键词】 大肠癌; 热休克蛋白70; p53蛋白; 免疫组织化学 基金项目：内蒙古自治区人才开发基金资助项目 　　Expression and Significance of HSP70 and p53 Protein in Human Colorectal Carcinoma 　　Abstract：Objective To explore the expression feature and significance of heat shock protein 70 and p53 protein in human colorectal carcinoma、paratumor tissue and normal tissue .Methods SP immunohistochemical technique and image analysis were used .Results ① In a total of 31 cases, the average value of light density of HSP70 were 0.5917±0.0678, 0.3363±0.0485, 0.1742±0.0193 and p53 proteins were 0.7547±0.2732,0.5388±0.1542,0.3770±0.0682 respectively; A high expression of HSP70 and p53 protein were discovered and showed a significant difference(Plt;0.01) in tumor tissue compared with paratumor tissue and normal tissue ; ② The expression of HSP70 and p53 protein were a linear correlation and the correlation coefficient (r) of them was 0.795. There was a positive correlation between the expression of HSP70 and p53 protein in human colorectal carcinoma.Conclusion ① The results suggested that HSP70 and p53 protein might play an important role in the development of human colorectal carcinoma, and the result was able to a malignant index in cytology.②HSP70 and p53 protein might has a coordinated effect in the course of generation and development in human colorectal carcinoma,and might be associated with HSP70 and p53 protein compound form existence in human colorectal tumor tissue probably.
