慢性非细菌性前列腺炎锌含量及局部免疫功能实验探究 　【摘要】 目的通过研究中药对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎动物模型前列腺锌含量和局部免疫功能的影响，进一步探讨锌含量与前列腺局部免疫功能在慢性非细菌性前列腺炎中的作用及其关系。 方法用角叉菜胶建立大鼠慢性非细菌性前列腺炎（CNP）病理模型,用前列泰片进行治疗，利用原子吸收光谱仪检测大鼠前列腺锌含量；观察对病理模型前列腺局部免疫功能的影响，分别利用免疫放射法和酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测大鼠前列腺分泌型免疫球蛋白（SIgA）和白介素8（IL-8）水平。结果正常对照组与模型组相比、前列泰治疗组与模型组相比，锌含量差异分别有显著统计学意义(Plt;0.01，Plt;0.01)。正常对照组与模型组相比、前列泰治疗组与模型对照组相比，SIgA和IL8水平分别有显著性差异(Plt;0.05)。 结论 慢性非细菌性前列腺炎发病与锌缺乏和前列腺局部免疫功能下降有密切关系，经过中药治疗后，前列腺锌含量和局部免疫功能得到了改善，结合观察光镜下前列腺形态学的变化，病变的前列腺间质炎症反应减轻促进了病损修复，说明锌含量和局部免疫功能的改变与慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的发生和发展有关，可作为临床治疗的重要参考指标。 【关键词】 慢性非细菌性前列腺炎 锌含量 免疫功能 　　Experimental Study on the Level of Zinc and Local Immunity in Chronic Non-bacterial Prostatitis 　　Abstract：ObjectiveTo study the influence of traditional Chinese medice in treating Chronic Non-bacterial Prostatitis Model through regulating the level of Zinc and local immunity in the rat’s prostate so as to investigate the effects and relations of Zinc and local immunity in Chronic Non-bacterial Prostatitis. MethodsThe pathological model of Chronic Non-bacterial prostatitis was established by injecting carrageenan in the rat’s prostate. And the model was treated with QianLieTai to observe its effects. Examine the level of Zinc in the rat’s prostate by atomic absorb spectrograph . Examine the level of SIgA and IL-8 in the rat’s prostate respectively by IR and ELISA. ResultsCompare the treatment of QianLieTai with CNP model, between the normal group and model group, there were significant differences in the level of Zinc ,SIgA and IL8 . Conclusion The development of Chronic Non-bacterial Prostatitis has marked relationship with the level of Zinc and local immunity of rat’s prostate，which has been improved by the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Observe the changes of prostate histology under light microscop, prostatic tissue has been repaired, and mesenchymal inflammatory reaction has been alleviated.
