抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸治疗肝癌临床探究 　 作者：陆启民，江文枢，韦杨年 【摘要】 目的 观察针对性抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸治疗原发性肝癌患者的疗效，了解抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸疗法治疗原发性肝癌的效果。方法 对拒绝化疗、放疗、手术或不能手术治疗的原发性肝癌患者59例，随机分为抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸治疗组（治疗组）31例和生理盐水注射液组（对照组）28例。监测治疗前和每个疗程结束后患者原发病灶、转移灶、血尿肝功能以及AFP等，同时观察患者的症状与体征改善变化。结果 治疗组31例，改善20例（65％），稳定4例（13％），无效7例（22%），总有效率78%。对照组28例，改善9例（32％）,稳定3例（11％）,无效13例（46％）,总有效率43％。两组疗效差异有显著性（P＜0.05）。两组治疗前血常规、尿常规、肝功能，AFP差异无显著性（Pgt;0.05），治疗后两组虽均有不同程度变化和改变，但差异无显著性（Pgt;0.05）。结论 原发性肝癌患者单用或手术治疗同用抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸早期有明显疗效并能提高生活质量，治疗意义大。 【关键词】 抗肝癌免疫核糖核酸；原发性肝癌 【Abstract】 Objective To understand therapeutic effect of immune ribonucleic acid（iRNA）for primary liver cancer by observing the therapeutic effect of primary hepatic cancer （PHC）patients.Methods 59 patients divided randomly the PHC patients who refused to treat by chemotherapy or radiotherapy or operation，or the PHC patients who can not treated by operation into two groups；one is the group with 31 PHC patients who treated by anti-liver cancer iRNA（iRNA group）and the other is the group with 28 PHC patients who injected just by physiological saline solution（PSS group）.The primary focus，metastatic focus，hematuria,liver function and AFP etc were inspected before treatment and after each period of treatment in two groups. In the mean time，the change of signs and symptom of patients were observed.Results In the iRNA group，the signs of 20（65％） patients turned to be better，4 （13％）patients stability and 7 （23％）patients were inefficacy,the total efficiency was 78%. But in the PSS group，only 9 （32％）patients turned to be better，3（11％） patients stability and 13（46％） patients were inefficacy. And the total efficiency was just 43%. The difference of curative effect between these two groups were significant（P﹤0.05）.There was no significant difference in blood routine，urine routine，liver function and AFP（P＞0.05）.Although there was change in varying degrees in the two groups after treatment，but there was no statistical meaning（P＞0.05）.Conclusion The therapeutic effect and the quality of life of the PHC patien
