爱维治治疗糖尿病足临床体会 　 作者：陈丹　刘衬连　莫桂英　武玉华 【关键词】 治疗 　　摘要：目的：观察爱维治及敏感抗菌素对糖尿病足病的治疗改善情况。方法：对86例糖尿病足病患者进行随机分组,设立爱维治治疗为实验组共46例患者，敏感抗菌素治疗为对照组共40例患者，两组患者依椐诊断标准分为四级;在饮食控制和血糖达标基础上,分别使用爱维治和敏感抗菌素治疗糖尿病足，疗程10d，停5d，再重复3～4个疗程。结果:爱维治治疗组患者足部溃疡愈合、肉芽生长为明显改善33例，基本愈合10例、无效3例、其中1例骨髓炎截肢，总有效率达90.2%。抗菌素治疗组足部溃疡愈合、肉芽生长为明显改善20例,基本愈合7例、无效3例、1例骨髓炎截肢，总有效率达62.7%，两组间各级明显改善率及总治疗有效率之间存在显著差异P＜0.05或Plt;0.01。结论：爱维治局部注射对治疗糖尿病足病临床疗效确切，对该病治疗有一定临床价值。 　　关健词：爱维治；糖尿病足；抗菌素 　　The Clinical Experience of Activogen in Treating Diabetic Foot Syndrome 　　　　Abstract：Objective: To study the efficacy of activogen therapy in diabetic foot syndrome. Method: Eighty six patients with diabetic foot syndrome were randomly classified into 2 groups: activogen group (n=46) and antibiotics group for control (n=40). Each group was categorized into 4 levels according to the diagnostic standard. On the basis of diet control and achievement of normal blood glucose level, patients in activogen group received activogen treatment while the patients in control group received antibiotics treatment for 4 to 5 periods of treatment, in which each 10-day treatment alternated with 5-day discontinuity. Result: In the activogen group, the total effective rate was 90.2% with remarkable improvement of ulcer healing and granulation growth achieved in 33 patients, moderately healing in 10 patients, and inefficacy in 3 including 1 amputation. The total effective rate was 62.7% in the antibiotics group remarkable improvement of ulcer healing and granulation growth achieved in 20 patients, moderately healing in 7 patients, and inefficacy in 3 including 1 amputation. The total effective rate and the rate of remarkable improvement between the 2 groups differed significantly(Plt;0.01, Plt;0.05, respectively).
