矽肺宿主、环境影响因素病例对照探究 　 作者:杨龙强，王治国，周生添，连理芸，王桂华，郑保红，罗德寿，刘占平 【摘要】 目的 探讨矽肺病宿主因素（文化程度、行为因素）、环境因素（居住条件、家庭和睦、经济状况、负性事件）与矽肺易感性的关系。方法 以某矿业公司两个矿区2002～2004年由职业病专业诊断机构按GBZ70-2002《尘肺病诊断标准》确诊的Ⅰ期矽肺男性患者为病例组，与病例组同性别、同工种、同班组、同工龄、年龄相差不超过3岁、2004年摄胸片非矽肺接尘工人为对照组。病例与对照按2∶1配比。以问卷调查形式入户调查。结果 矽肺组与对照组比较，其宿主影响因素：文化程度、行为因素中的嗜烟者及环境影响因素中的家庭经济状况、负性事件两组比较差异有显著性。其他各项无明显差异。结论 接尘工人的文化程度即个人的文化素养、有无不良的嗜烟习性、工作期间有无家庭负性事件的发生及家庭经济状况可能对矽肺易感。 【关键词】 矽肺；宿主；环境影响因素；易感性 Case-control study of the silicosis host and research case of environment 【Abstract】 Objective To inquire into silicosis disease host’s factor ( cultural level and action factor ) and the environment factor ( housing conditions，family harmony，economic condition and negative nature incident ) with the silicosis Yi the relation of perception.Methods The 1.phases silicosis male sex patient that the method within 2002 to 2004 in two areas in industry company by the occupational disease specialty diagnosed the organization according to GBZ70-2002’s “the pneumoconiosis disease is diagnosed the standard” to be made a definite diagnosis is for the case group，and the non- silicosis of thorax piece that with the case group same sex and with the type of work in production and the classmate group and with length of service and age differs does not surpass 3 years old and in 2004 absorbs comes into contact with dust worker to serve as the contrast group. 2:1 matchs in case and contrast.In order to ask rolling up investigates the form investigation.Results Silicosis group and the contrast at last set comparison，his host influence factor: in the cultural level and action factor has a liking for smoke person and two sets of comparison differences family economy condition in the environment effect factor and negative nature incidents have notable nature.Other all clear difference of nothing.Conclusion The cultural level of dust worker approaches the civilization accomplishment of individual and has or not is bad having a liking for the smoke habits and charac
