磁共振胰胆管成像技术对正常胰胆管系统探究 　［摘 要］ 目的：用磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)技术对正常胰胆管系统进行研究，为胰胆管系统疾病的影像诊断提供了统计数据。方法：用MRCP技术对36例健康成年人的正常胰胆管系统进行显示与测量。结果：36例健康正常人MRCP对肝左管、肝右管、肝总管、胆囊管、胆总管以及主胰管的显示率为100%(36/36)，肝总管的长度为(21.47±4.31) mm，胆囊管长和直径分别是(32.56±6.50) mm和(2.15±0.43) mm;胆总管长和直径分别是(56.13±12.30) mm和(6.42±1.18) mm。胰管的管经平均为(1.68±0.95) mm。结论：MRCP结果说明MRCP是一种无创、简单易行、比较理想的显示及测量胆系及胰管的方法，这一结果对诊断胆管、胰管扩张提供了统计数据。　　［关键词］ 磁共振胰胆管成像；胆管；胰管 　　The Sdudy of MRCP in Normal Pancreaticobiliary Duct System 　　　　Abstract：Objective To sdudy nomal pancreaticobiliary duct system with MRCP in order to provide statistic data for the diagnosis of the dilatation of the gallbladder and the pancreatic duct. Methods The MRCP (magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography) technique was applied to display and measure the gallbladder bile duct system and pancreatic duct on the coronal plane on 36sets of Chinese adult healthy volunteers. Results The results of MRCP： The visualization ratio of MRCP on the left and right hepatic duct,common hepatic duct,gallbladder duct,common bile duct and common pancreas duct of 36 healthy adults is 100%(36/36). The length of the common hepatic duct is (21.47±4.31) mm, the length and the diameter of the cystic duct are (32.56±6.50) mm and (2.15±0.43) mm respectively. The length and the diameter of the common bile duct are (56.13±12.30) mm and (6.42±1.18) mm respectively.The average diameter of the pancreatic duct is (1.68±0.95) mm. Conclusion The results of MRCP showed that MRCP is a feasible and ideal method to visualize and measure the gallbladder bile duct system and the pancreatic duct without any wound, The results also provide statistic data for the diagnosis of the dilatation of the gallbladder and the pancreatic duct. 　　Key words：Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography： Bile duct; Pancreatic duct 　　磁共振胆胰管成像(magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography , MRCP)，是近年来迅速发展的用于胰胆系统疾病诊断的一种新技术，因其无创性、安全、简便、不需要对比剂、可多方位旋转、多角度观察等优点，在胆胰管系统疾病的诊断中得到广泛应用［1，2］。为进一步对胰胆管系统疾病的影像诊断提供了统计数据，现将36例健康成年人的MRCP检查总结如下。 　　1 资
