編 號：CCMP91-CT-001 藥用植物之開發與種原之保存 Development of Medicinal Plants and Preservation of Introduced Germplasms 農業試驗所 林 俊 義 摘 要 為配合行政院衛生署中醫藥委員會開發藥用植物與建立藥用植物種原庫 之政策，本計畫之實施項目，主要分成下列六項，即 1.藥用植物之引進與高經 濟藥用植物之開發。2.保存藥用植物種原。3.不同地區藥園之建立。4.種子類及 無性繁殖類藥用植物之繁殖、特性調查與入庫。5.種原之分析與鑑定。6.藥用植 物資料庫之建立。本(91)年度已進行 255 種藥用植物之引種、繁殖與評估工作， 引種種原主要來自 1.百合科(Liliaceae) 、2.十字花科(Cruciferae) 、3.禾本科 (Gramineae) 、4.大戟科(Euphorbiaceae) 、5.繖形科(Umbelliferae) 、6.唇形科 (Labiatae) 、7.茄科(Solanaceae) 、8.瓜科(Cucurbitaceae)、9.薯蕷科(Dioscoreaceae) 、 10.菊科(Compositae)以及 11.其他科屬植物。此外 ，已在本所建立藥用與保健植 物種原庫一處，種子及無性繁殖苗將進行長期保存，本年度已有 72 種藥用與保 健植物之種子入庫保存。種原庫內分成長期庫、中期庫及短期庫三區，個別之 0 0 保存條件為長期庫 -12+ 2 C 及 30 + 3 % RH ，中期庫-2+ 2 C 及 40+ 3% RH ， 短期庫 10 + 2 0C 及 40 + 3 % RH 。 關鍵詞 ：藥用植物、種原、生產 595 Taiwan Agricultural Research Inctitute Chien-Yih Lin Abstract In accordance with the mission of the Committee on Chinese Medicine and Pharmacy, Department of Health, Executive Yuan, Republic of China, to develop and utilize medicinal plants and to preserve medicinal genetic resources in Taiwan, Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute (TARI) has strengthened on the collection and preservation of medicinal plant germplasms. Propagation and then the investigation of characteristics, yield and utilization potentiality of these materials are continuously in progress. A total of 255 species has been collected, observed, evaluated and conserved in seed banks, in vitro culture genebanks, and field genebanks at TARI in this year. The most important species have been collected from the following families: 1. Liliaceae, 2. Cruciferae, 3. Gramineae
