The modern project management knowledge system, modern project management work and function system, and modern project management tool and method system are called the three basic systems of modern project management.

Modern project management knowledge system
Modern project management knowledge system is based on the Project Management Institute (PMI) PMBOK project management knowledge system guidelines formulated in 1984 (AGuidetotheProjectManagementBodyofKnowledge) and continuous improvement of project management knowledge system. Now it has become the main content of professional qualification training and certification for project management professionals. It can evaluate the knowledge and ability of project management practitioners. The main contents include the following nine aspects:
Project scope management. Is the management process of controlling the work content of a project in order to realize the goal of the project. Including project background, objectives, scope planning, scope definition, work breakdown, work order, scope change control and Scope Verification and confirmation, project information and acceptance, many aspects of project handover and liquidation etc..
