阿洛西林钠(注射用)（Azlocillin sodium (for injection)） Azlocillin Sodium for Injection manual [name of drug] Generic name: Azlocillin Sodium for Injection Trade name: English Name: Azlocillin, Sodium, for, Injection Chinese Pinyin: Zhusheyong Aluoxilinna This product is mainly composed of azlocillin sodium, the chemical name is (2S, 5R, 6R) -3,3- two (R) -2- methyl -6-[(2- oxo -1- imidazolidine carbamyl -2- acetyl amino]-7- oxo -4- -1- dithia aza bicyclo [3.2.0] heptane -2- acid sodium salt. Its chemical formula is: Molecular formula: C20H23N5NaO6S Molecular weight: 483.47 [traits] This product is white or white powder or loose lump. [pharmacology and toxicology] This product is semi synthetic penicillin, and has good antibacterial activity against gram positive bacteria and negative bacteria and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Synergy with Amikacin, gentamicin and netilmicin can be synergistic. [pharmacokinetics] This product is widely distributed in tissues and body fluids after injection. In normal cerebrospinal fluid containing only small amounts, but when the meninges is inflamed, the concentration of cerebrospinal fluid increases.
