An excellent leader knows not only how to solve problems, but how to discover them. They can detect smoke, not just after a fire, trying to put out the fire
“ nip in the bud; rdquo is no longer a personal talent that can be seen but not sought; it is a skill that can be developed; an organizational ability that can be built.
Many organizations are committed to improving the ability of different levels of staff to solve problems. However, has anyone taken the time to think about the question of how to find out before the problem turns into a massive failure?
One cannot solve problems without seeing problems, problems, problems, or problems that have not yet been exposed. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, problems continue to lurk in the organization for a long time. Before dealing with problems properly, we must first find out the problems that will bring about strong competitiveness for your organization. How do you change leaders into effective problem finders?
Face the problem
Most individuals and organizations do not look at problems in a positive way. They regard the problem as an abnormal state and must be avoided at all costs. In any case, problems arise that may not meet the organizations goals. Most managers do not like to discuss issues, and they certainly do not want to see their own departments expose problems. They worry that when people see the problem, they think its a sign of incompetence, explaining that he cant solve the problem by himself. In conclusion, many people hold the view that the best managers dont share problems with others. They always solve problems calmly and effectively. When a small failure occurs in ones own department, does the first response of most managers recognize?.
