Many organizations are committed to improving the ability of different levels of staff to solve problems. However, has anyone taken the time to think about the question of how to find out before the problem turns into a massive failure? One cannot solve problems without seeing problems, problems, problems, or problems that have not yet been exposed. Unfortunately, for a variety of reasons, problems continue to lurk in the organization for a long time. Before dealing with problems properly, we must first find out the problems that will bring about strong competitiveness for your organization.
