\ 论企业管理中的营销 摘要 改革开放,我国企业发展迅速,在国民经济和社会发展中的地位和作用日益增强改革成本低,操作便利、社会震荡小、新机制引入快中小企业的发展与其营销管理工作是密不可分的,现阶段我国中小企业的营销管理水平总体来讲还比较落后由于观念陈旧、制度不全、人才紧缺、创新不足等方面原因,导致其营销现状不理想,严重制约着它们的进一步发展壮大。本文通过分析企业在营销管理方面存在的问题,提出一些完善中小企业自身的营销管理工作和营销现状的具体对策,希望能助力中小企业更快更好的发展与成长。 Since the reform and opening up, Chinas enterprises have developed rapidly, increasing the status and role in the economic and social development. The development of SMEs and its marketing management are inextricably linked, and Overall, at this stage of SME marketing management level is still relatively backward due to the old concept of system failure, personnel shortages, lack of innovation and other reasons, led to the marketing status quo is not satisfactory seriously restricting their further development and growth. The problems of analysis in marketing management, to improve SME marketing management and marketing status of specific measures, and hope that can help SMEs to better and faster development and growth.
