科技计划项目中知识管理的理论研究与应用 摘 要 随着信息社会和知识经济时代的到来 知识成为推动社会发展的重要因素 知识管理是以知识为核心的管理过程 它的出现彻底改变了传统的管理模式 近年来已经建立了一些知识管理模型以推动知识管理在组织中的应用 在对 现有的知识管理理论及知识管理模型进行研究的基础上 本文提出了知识管理 三层结构模型的设想 并对该模型在国家科技计划项目中的应用进行了理论分 析 同时以 科技基础条件资源调查 项目为依托 运用该模型初步实现了知 识管理在该项目中的应用 完成了项目内部知识的分类 编码以及知识地图的 设计 本文旨在对知识管理在企业以外的组织中的应用进行理论探讨 希望能对 我国知识管理的研究与应用有所裨益 关键词 知识 知识管理 科技计划项目 应用 The Research and Application of Knowledge Management on the Project of Science and Technology Program Abstract With the coming of information society and knowledge economy, knowledge has become the crucial resources for the society. In response to this new development, different knowledge management theories have appeared which greatly enriched the traditional management principles. The new knowledge management models and frameworks built up in recent years further facilitated the application of knowledge management in the organizations. Based on existing knowledge management models and knowledge management theories, the dissertation proposed a three-layer knowledge management framework which believes to be able to handle the KM application in scientific research projects, especially for those financed by the government fund. A case study based on the real application of this framework on a government project financed by the Ministry of Science and technology was analyzed, and showed different KM process comprising of knowledge classification and codification, knowledge mapping and knowledge sharing and reuse. This dissertation is intended to provide a new perspective on KM application, which was seldom covered by previous KM research in China, and is trying to provide guidance on the implementation of KM for organizations beyond business sectors.
