ABSTRACT
Objective:Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexplorethe
eelectiononspinalgrowthanddevelopmentofdifferentmonth
agerabbitwithdifferentrangespinalfusionandfixation,and
offertheoreticalbasestotheselectionofspinalfusionrangein
treatmentofscoliosis.Scoliosisisthecommondiseaseinspinal
deformityofChildrenandteenagers,andthetreatmentalresult
correlatecloselytothelawofspinalgrowth.Theclinical
importanttopicandproblemisgraspthebestoccasionof
treatment,andtacklereasonablycontradictionbetweenspinal
fusionandspinalgrowth.Becauseofgrowthpotentialin
Childrenandteenagersspine,sometimesalthoughobtaininga
goodtreatmentalresultandfusion,deformitiesbecomemore
severityafteroperationstepbystep,thisiscalledCrankshaft
Phenomenon.Inthisstudy,animalmodelsimilartothepatient
afteroperationofscoliosisbemade,posteriorfusionofdifferent
rangeisproceedindifferentmonthagerabbits,withthepurpose
ofobservingthechangesinrabbitsspine.Themain
observationsinclude;grossappearance,lightmicroscope(HE
sections),radiologicaloutcomes.Throughtheseobservations,
