英文摘要 EffectsofZhongfengCapsuleontheExperimental CerebralIschemiaI川uryinRats ABSTRACT Cerebralischemiaisone ofthediseasethatseverely impairpeopleshealthandoneofthekeyfactorsthatbring aboutdeathandfrequentlyremainsequelae.Sofarthereisno extremelyeffectivemedicine.Thereforeitisveryprofitable worktostudythepathophysiologyofcerebralischemiaand researchandproducetheeffectivedrugesforcerebralischemia. Inrecentyears,themechanismsofcerebralischemicinjury whichincludedexcitotoxicity,calciumoverload,inflammation, NO,freeredicalshavebeengraduallyeducidated. Traditionalchinesemedicinehavebeenusedtopreventand curecerebralischemicinjuryinrecentyears,althoughthereis noeffectivemedicine.Clinicaltherapyhassuggestedthat ZhongfengCapsulewhichcomposedofSzechwanLovge Rhizome,Scorpion,Leech,GroundbeetleandRedPenoyRoot couldeffectivelytreatcerebralischemiainjury.Tostudy mechanismofZhongfengCapsule,themodelofmiddlecerebral ateryocclusion(MCAO)wasindcedbyinsertingapieceof nylonthreadintotheMCA.AndeffectsofZhongfengCapsule oncerebralischemiainjury inratswereobserved.
