This paper summarized the consumers right to know on the analysis of the present stage of Chinas consumers rights protection defects exist, and puts forward some countermeasures to protect the right to know of consumers in China, in order to promote the development of Chinas consumer right to know protection. The right to know of consumers refers to the right of consumers to know the true, sufficient, accurate and proper information of the goods purchased or used or the services they receive. Consumers right to know not only ensures the authenticity of consumer information, but also ensures its accuracy, adequacy and Appropriateness.
