Methods a total of 354 officers at the primary level were randomly divided into two groups. The extended training group was 192, and the traditional convalescent group was 162. The training group, in addition to training, others are different from the traditional nursing group. Two groups were tested before and after convalescence, and compared with the Chinese military norm SCL-90. The results of training after the SCL-90 scores were decreased, there was statistical significance of somatization, interpersonal relationship, anxiety, paranoia, compulsion and psychotic differences (P0.01, P0.05); traditional recuperation after SCL-90 scores were lower than before the treatment, there were statistically significant differences in somatization, anxiety, paranoia, the number of positive items, the total score (P0.05); development training after the SCL-90 score is lower than the traditional treatment, there were statistically significant differences in somatization, interpersonal relationship, anxiety, paranoia, the number of positive items, the total score (P0.01, P0.05). Conclusion outward bound training can improve the mental health status of convalescent officers at the primary level.
