In the long-term evolution of the earth, changes in the greenhouse gases in the atmosphere are very slow, in a cycle. Carbon cycle is a natural cycle of very important chemical elements. Atmospheric and terrestrial vegetation, atmospheric and oceanic surface plants and plankton occur a great deal of carbon exchange every year. From natural forests, carbon dioxide absorption and emissions are basically balanced. Human activities have greatly changed the land use pattern, especially after the industrial revolution, a large number of forest vegetation rapidly cleared, the amount of fossil fuel use at an alarming rate, anthropogenic greenhouse gas emissions increased correspondingly. From a global point of view, from 1975 to 1995, energy production increased 50%, the corresponding carbon dioxide emissions have tremendous growth (see Figure 2-2).
