Methods: 83 cases of lacunar infarction confirmed by clinical diagnosis and MRI were collected. All cases had different degrees of lacunar infarction syndrome. According to the time of onset were divided into three groups: 25 patients with acute lacunar infarction group, the onset time of 3d; sub acute lacunar infarction group, 41 cases, the onset time of 3D ~ January; chronic cerebral lacunar infarction group, 17 cases, the onset time of 1 months. All cases underwent craniocerebral axial DWI, ADC, FLAIR and T1WI and T2WI examinations. The data were entered into SPSS 10 software for correlation analysis and independent sample t test. Results: for the diagnosis of acute lacunar infarct, DWI and rADC were significantly better than the other sequences; for the diagnosis of subacute cerebral lacunar infarct, FLAIR was superior to other sequences; for the diagnosis of chronic cerebral lacunar infarct, FLAIR has the character of combining with T2WI can be diagnosed; lacunar infarct rADC value was positively correlated with the onset time (r = 0.871); different time lacunar infarct rADC values showed significant statistical difference (P0.01). Conclusion: the lesions of DWI and T2WI and FLAIR have different characteristics in different periods. The three sequences can better detect the lesion and evaluate the nature of the lesion.
