I. overview
High school mathematics elective 1-1
Take the 1-1 and second chapters, conic curves and equations
Third section, parabola definition and standard equation
In this section, definition of parabola and image research, echoed the junior middle school stage quadratic function, embodies the harmonious beauty of mathematics. The arrangement of teaching materials is to disperse the difficulty and conform to the gradual principle of cognition.
Two, teaching goal analysis
1, knowledge and skills:
(1) understanding the definition, geometry and standard equation of parabola;
(2) know their simple geometric properties;
(3) the standard definition for parabolic equation, with the focus of the parabola coordinates alignment equation.
(4) to understand the simple application of conic curve.
2, process and method:
(1) we can select different methods to solve the problem according to the characteristics of parabola.
(2) the process of abstracting an elliptical model from a specific context.
(3) experience the application of parabola in life, and learn to explain the problems in life by mathematical method.
3, emotion, attitude and values:
(1) to understand the actual background of the parabola, and to study the role of conic curve in depicting the real world and solving practical problems.
(2) by setting up a rich problem situation, it encourages curiosity, exploration and communication from many perspectives, and stimulates curiosity and desire for active learning;
(3) through the definition of parabola and the study of standard equation, we further understand the idea of combination of numbers and shapes, and form the habit of solving problems with combination of numbers and shapes.
